My apologies for not writing before to thank you for completing so skilfully the two excellent jobs you have carried out here recently. The first was the timber effect vinyl, which you worked hard to complete before the large family party we had here. The compliments were flowing, both for the quality of the work and the real timber effect the vinyl has. The second was of course the new carpet throughout, a very large job that frankly none of us were looking forward to. we imagined the upheaval and the moving of furniture would prove to be long winded and also a problem. You and your skillful team made it look so easy and finished the work so quickly, we wonder why we were stressed at the thought of having this large job done. Unfortunately in this modern day and age, all I seem to do is grumble and complain. With your firm none of this, only compliments! May I suggest if ever you pitch for a similar large contract you use this letter as my recommendation as to the ability of your company to complete without fault or failure a contract.
